West Coast Style IPA (6.5%) 

Our take on a classic West Coast Style IPA. Citrus and pine flavors dance with bright tropical fruit character that finishes dry with firm bitterness. Spruce Tip IPA (7.5%) 

Brewed with premium American malt, Cascade and Simcoe hops, and hand-picked Colorado spruce tips, our winter IPA is highlighted by notes of candied orange peel and fresh pine needles supported by a sturdy malt backbone. When the air turns crisp and the snowflakes begin to fall, bust out the ski wax and crack open an Upslope Spruce Tip IPA. | Seasonal; IPA Series

Pumpkin Ale (7.7%) 

Adding organic baby bear pumpkins to malt and hops makes this truly a local farm to brewhouse collaboration. A custom blend of six spices rounds out the flavors in this highly anticipated beer. | Seasonal; Limited Release Series

Miombo Imperial Stout (17.3%) 

Miombo was brewed with a distinct honey from the woodland ecoregion of Tanzania, which imparts a pleasantly delicate mesquite character to the beer; it was then aged in bourbon and malt whisky barrels for 18 months. Aromatics of raw cacao and frangipane are followed by flavors of vanilla bean, chocolate ganache, and sweet bourbon. The finish is warming and silky with very low carbonation to preserve the full-bodied character of the beer. Miombo can be enjoyed now or cellared indefinitely.
