Japanese Style Rice Lager (4.9%) 

Flaked rice adds a pleasant toasty note and lightens the body to yield an extremely crisp and refreshing lager. Its delicate effervescence paired with a snappy hop character and a bone dry finish makes it the perfect complement to a wide variety of food. | Year-Round Core Style

German Style Pilsner (4.9%) 

This German Style Pilsner is clean and crisp with an impeccably balanced hop profile. Pouring a brilliant straw color, it offers fresh and floral aromas from choice Loral and Tettnanger hops. Hard Yerba Mate with Lemon (5%)

Czech Dark Lager (5.1%) 

A rich malt forward dark lager made with local pilsner. Malt sweetness balanced with Saaz hops provide flavors of caramel, toast, nuts, licorice, dried dark fruit and a hint of roast. | Upslope Specialty Brew

Citra Pale Ale (5.8%) 

Prominently featuring Citra hops, our Citra Pale Ale delivers pungent grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas on the nose with a semi-dry finish. Juicy notes imparted by the hops pair with the light caramel malt character to balance this drinkable, “go-to” American Pale Ale. | Year-Round Core Style

West Coast Style IPA (6.5%) 

Our take on a classic West Coast Style IPA. Citrus and pine flavors dance with bright tropical fruit character that finishes dry with firm bitterness. Dank and resinous, enjoy notes of candied pineapple, ripe navel orange, and juicy mango in our more hop-forward year-round IPA. | Year-Round Core Style

Wild Christmas Ale with Citrus & Cinnamon (9.4%) 

2020 Wild Christmas Ale is a blend of mature sour beer from both oak barrels and our French oak foeder, which was then conditioned on bergamot orange juice, orange zest, and Saigon cinnamon for two months before packaging. Notes of candied orange, cranberry, and warm cinnamon are delivered by pleasant tartness and light sweetness. This beer is a perfect fireside libation for the cold winter months. | Lee Hill Series (2020)

Batch 2000 (19%) 

This rare liquid is in commemoration of the 2000th brew at our Flatiron Park brewery. As is tradition, we concocted a massive beer using Leopold Bros. Floor-Malted Pale Malt supplemented with molasses-laden dark muscovado sugar. After fermentation, the beer was racked into one-of-a-kind Leopold Bros. Three Chamber Rye Whiskey barrels to age for 16 months. This long residency in unique barrels has produced aromas of Bourbon vanilla bean, Bing cherries, candied plums, and a touch of almond. A full body and luxurious sweetness complement the high alcohol content and provide a lasting finish.
