A traditional sessionable pilsner with hints of sweet caramel malts and spicy Saaz hops. Brewed with imported malts, hops, and yeast.

Craft Lager (4.8%) 

Our Craft Lager is a premium American lager brewed entirely of malted barley. This Colorado-style session beer stands side-by-side with our family of premium ales to bring you a clean, easy, light-bodied lager for the ages. 2019 Great American Beer Festival Silver Medal winner in the ‘International-Style Pilsener’ category. | Year-Round Core Style

Japanese Style Rice Lager (4.9%) 

Flaked rice adds a pleasant toasty note and lightens the body to yield an extremely crisp and refreshing lager. Its delicate effervescence paired with a snappy hop character and a bone dry finish makes it the perfect complement to a wide variety of food. | Year-Round Core Style

Oatmeal Stout (5%) 

Smooth, roasty and sessionable, our Oatmeal Stout packs full flavor and a robust body for a silky drinking experience. Brewed with oats, roasted malts and East Kent Golding hops, our stout is perfectly balanced with a full body and smooth finish. | Seasonal Release from our Limited Release Series

Vanilla Porter with Tonka Beans (5.4%) 

Brewed in collaboration with our Silverthorne neighbors, Angry James Brewery! Enjoy chocolatey notes in this velvet Vanilla Porter that features Madasacar vanilla and Tonka Beans. | Collaboration Brew with Angry James Brewery

Citra Pale Ale (5.8%) 

Prominently featuring Citra hops, our Citra Pale Ale delivers pungent grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas on the nose with a semi-dry finish. Juicy notes imparted by the hops pair with the light caramel malt character to balance this drinkable, “go-to” American Pale Ale. | Year-Round Core Style

West Coast Style IPA (6.5%) 

Our take on a classic West Coast Style IPA. Citrus and pine flavors dance with bright tropical fruit character that finishes dry with firm bitterness. Dank and resinous, enjoy notes of candied pineapple, ripe navel orange, and juicy mango in our more hop-forward year-round IPA. | Year-Round Core Style

Spruce Tip IPA (7.5%) 

Brewed with premium American malt, Cascade and Simcoe hops, and hand-picked Colorado spruce tips, our winter IPA is highlighted by notes of candied orange peel and fresh pine needles supported by a sturdy malt backbone. When the air turns crisp and the snowflakes begin to fall, bust out the ski wax and crack open an Upslope Spruce Tip IPA. | Seasonal Release from our IPA Series

Wild Christmas Ale with Colorado Plums (9.4%) 

 A vintage from our Lee Hill Series in 2019! This Wild Christmas Ale matured in oak casks with our house sour culture for one year before being racked onto more than 1,000 pounds of Colorado-grown red plums to re-ferment for eight weeks. Aromas of mellow oak, orange peel, and baking spices are backed by deep, juicy plum flavor and a pleasantly tart finish. | Lee Hill Series Volume 22 (2019)

Batch 2000 (19%) 

This rare liquid is in commemoration of the 2000th brew at our Flatiron Park brewery. As is tradition, we concocted a massive beer using Leopold Bros. Floor-Malted Pale Malt supplemented with molasses-laden dark muscovado sugar. After fermentation, the beer was racked into one-of-a-kind Leopold Bros. Three Chamber Rye Whiskey barrels to age for 16 months. This long residency in unique barrels has produced aromas of Bourbon vanilla bean, Bing cherries, candied plums, and a touch of almond. A full body and luxurious sweetness complement the high alcohol content and provide a lasting finish.
