In 2018 the duo released their freshman EP “Purple” which received radio play in over 20 states and almost a dozen countries. \n  \nIn March of 2019 Harmony and Brad released their sophomore CD “Green” which has been following in Purples footsteps by getting widespread radio play.  The duo performs over 120 shows a year in the USA and Europe.  Performing music often dubbed as “Optimist Rock”\, Harmony and Brad specialize in feel good music that’s paired best with a cool drink on a warm day.

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by    Jack Hadley! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nJack Hadley was born in the Philippines to a Filipino mother and an African-American father. His father was in the military and the family was accustomed to moving from place to place. When they returned to America he spent his childhood in the Haight-Ashbury district of San Francisco. His mother bought him an acoustic guitar at the age of twelve because she wanted to keep him busy. The family moved to Denver\, Colorado\, where he learned to play music by ear\, playing music by everyone from Hendrix to Dylan\, unaware that he was learning the foundation of American music – the blues. \nJack played in a number of bands\, sharpening his guitar skills and discovering his vocal talent along the way. He began performing as a solo artist and played countless shows as a hired gun. In 2005 Jack decided to focus on writing and performing his original blues-based material with his own trio\, The Jack Hadley Band. That same year he was playing at a local club when he was approached by blues veteran Otis Taylor who happened to be in the audience. For the next 18 months Jack was Taylor’s lead guitarist\, playing at festivals and shows all over the U.S.\, Canada and the United Kingdom. He appears on Otis Taylor’s 2007 Telarc release “Definition Of A Circle” playing lead guitar and lap steel. Notable musicians on this recording include ex-Thin Lizzy axeman Gary Moore and blues harmonica legend Charlie Musselwhite. In November 2006 he recorded two songs with keyboard wizard Steve McQuarry at the legendary Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco including his revolutionary track “You & Me.” \nThe fall of 2007 marked the beginning of a new project with bluesman Dan Treanor. “Brothers Blood & Bone” is a fresh look at the blues today that includes new songs from Treanor and Hadley along with their updated versions of classics from Blind Lemon Jefferson\, Sonny Boy Williamson and Walter “Billy Boy” Arnold. In 2011 Hadley contributed lead vocals on Neil Haverstick’s “Hide & Seek” CD on Stickman Records. \nJack’s career is in high gear with 2013 appearances at Blues From The Top in Winter Park\, Colorado; BB’s Jazz\, Blues & Soups in St. Louis; the Brighton Blues Blast in Brighton\, Colorado; and the Rauma Blues Festival in Rauma\, Finland\, backed by the St. Louis Blues All-Stars featuring keyboardist Bob Lohr\, bassist Terry Coleman and drummer Keith Robinson. His latest effort – “The St. Louis Sessions” – was released in October\, 2014\, on San Telmo Media. Recorded with the St. Louis Blues All-Stars\, produced by Bob Lohr.

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by    Scupanon Duo! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nScupanon’s unique musical style has been described as everything from Orchestral to Acoustic Punk. Singer-songwriter Rob Roper began playing his original songs on the Colorado Front Range in 2006. Violinist Paul Ermisch began accompanying him in 2010. Percussionist Sam Caston joined the band in 2014. At that point\, Roper decided to give this collection of musicians a name. Caston suggested “Scupanon”\, a wild grape from his and Roper’s home state of Mississippi. \n  \nCaston moved to Fort Collins\, Colorado in 2015 but the name stuck. Janet Lipson joined in 2017 to add harmony vocals. Ermisch left the band in 2019 and was replaced by Diamond Jim Hewitt\, who plays fiddle\, mandolin and mandola. \n  \nJon Solomon of the Westword\, reviewing Roper’s 2011 CD “Misfit\,” describes him as “…a guy with some sharp songwriting skills and a knack for penning witty lyrics.” Tim Wenger of the Colorado Music Buzz said of Roper’s 2012 CD\, “The Other Side of Nowhere” (in which Ermisch was featured)\, “His music sounds like what you would hear in a small high-country café\, there are touches of country as well as some faster paced rock riffs that stand out at just the right times.”

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by  Taylor Shae! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nTaylor Shae is an award-winning singer-songwriter born and raised in Colorado. Taylor’s bluesy sound “mixes old soul lyrics with bright vocals and a high-energy delivery for a fresh take on the Americana genre.” (303 Magazine\, 2019). You can catch the other half of the duo\, RD\, playing with a rebellious style on the bass or electric guitar\, oozing funk and blues. Together\, the duo has played Colorado venues and festivals since 2016\, grabbing the attention of any passerby willing to give into the urge to tap their feet. \nFew songwriters can claim the release of three albums by the age of 18\, but Taylor’s drive is evident in her latest release “High Stakes” in April 2019. Inspired by the vibrancy and liveliness of her 2018 music setlists\, the 8-track collection “will kiss your ears like the sun on your shoulders during the dog days to come” (303 Magazine\, 2019). Every song on the album has rolled down the streets of a Colorado festival with energy and reason and the music captures the memories of summer. In the songwriting\, Taylor wanted to explore the role that sense of place has upon human relationships\, and showcased this through soul-wired vocals and untamed bass. Taylor was inspired to create music videos using footage from these live shows to emancipate the spirits of these songs (watch the music videos). \nTaylor’s songwriting has been described as having a “carefree edge\,” complemented by her “velvety-toned” and “powerhouse vocals” (Boulder Daily Camera\, 2019). Taylor believes that much of her songwriting is influenced by the world around her. She is currently a student at Colorado State University\, studying Media Communication as an outlet for the passion for storytelling she finds in songwriting and music. \nTaylor Shae has received much success as an emerging young songwriter. She was selected as a finalist for the 2017 Handmade Songs competition and recorded an original single\, “Alive Not Broken\,” at eTown studios. Taylor also won a singer-songwriter competition in 2017 as a part of the Teen Creek Festival in Boulder\, Colorado. She’s performed at many festivals across Colorado including Bohemian Nights Thursday Night Live\,  Fort Collins Music Experiment\, Denver People’s Fair\, Underground Music Showcase\, Rhythm on The River\, The Boulder County Fair\, and Bands on the Bricks. \nTaylor Shae’s musical journey began in a town with a diverse music scene\, where she was a lead vocalist for several jazz bands and a rock band. She landed her first gig at the age of 13 at a local art gallery\, and was stunned by the thrill of performing and the incredible support from her fellow hometown musicians and fans. Taylor fused her passions of writing and music and began daily songwriting sessions in the spare bedroom of her home. She had no idea what would come of her creative nonsense\, until she began to produce original recordings and reach a broader audience. At the age of 16\, Taylor released her debut album\, “Something to Prove”. \nTaylor Shae’s 2nd album\, “Twenty Paces” released in March 2018\, is a combination of storytelling and soaring melodies. When describing her approach to this album\, she says\, “I believe it’s important to have moments of vulnerability\, because it opens the door to relate to others and make connections. Everyone has insecurities\, but it takes fearlessness to push through them.” \nAs Taylor continues to produce more musical creations\, her third album “High Stakes” is proof of an artist honing in her craft\, uncovering a soulful sound that’s been at her core since birth. It’s easy to listen to the growth and musical boundaries being shredded as Taylor continues on the path of making music and self-discovery as an individual with a fiery passion and something to prove.

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by  Shawn Cunnane! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nAs a solo performer and songwriter Shawn Cunnane’s diverse style ranges from Travis picking ballads with jazzy overtones to bluegrassy foot stompers. The unique textures he creates in his originals and interpretations are intimate and alluring. Shawn’s songs have been recorded and performed by many artists including David Grisman\, Heather Lomax\, and Matt Doherty. Cunnane recently landed in Boulder County\, Colorado in the spring of 2018 where he has begun work on his first solo recording of original compositions. \nEarly in his music career Cunnane completed a Jazz performance degree from Temple University in Philadelphia where he studied arranging with Grammy award winning pianist Bill Cunliffe. He then relocated to Los Angeles where he worked as a musician\, instructor\, and recording artist for 14 years. Cunnane taught for National Music Workshop in four different cities and has over 18 years of teaching experience with all ages and skill levels including group ensembles. He has recorded for Disney and Ubisoft as well as countless private clients. \nHis last project in California\, Sheldon & Cunnane\,  performed close to 1000 times in 4 years.  The duo was easily  found entertaining weekly in wineries\, restaurants\, and music venues throughout Ventura\, Los Angeles\, and Orange counties in addition to yearly trips to the Eastern Sierras and the Gulf Coast of Florida. An avid member of the Grateful Dead community in Southern California\, Shawn performed with Cubensis on over 20 occasions in place of Nate Lapointe (Bobby Womack). \nShawn has quickly become a Front Range Colorado staple and performs on a weekly basis. A member of the Longmont arts community and music instructor in multiple local establishments\, Cunnane has quickly carved out a space for himself in Boulder County. He performs countless solo shows as well as duets with local artists John McKay and Andrew Lunsfjord.  Shawn’s Grateful Dead act\, Crick Wooder\, is also becoming a favorite in the Front Range. Stayed tuned for a release of original recordings in the coming months.

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by  Zoe Berman! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nZoe Berman is a singer-songwriter currently based in Fort Collins\, Colorado. She plays a mix of soulful jazz/blues and indie folk music. \n\nZoe grew up in Simsbury\, Connecticut. She started taking piano lessons as a young child and picked up the guitar as a teenager. She first began writing original music at the age of 12 and moved on to performing in various venues as a high school student. She has enjoyed sharing her music with fellow community members ever since\, playing at a wide variety of venues and events and seizing numerous opportunities to collaborate with other likeminded musicians. \n\nGrowing up\, Zoe was heavily influenced by songwriters such as Billy Joel\, James Taylor\, and Carole King. Her vocals and performance style are often likened to that of Norah Jones\, Amy Winehouse\, and Rachael Price of Lake Street Dive\, her lyricism to that of Joni Mitchell and Sara Bareilles. \n\nZoe describes her approach to songwriting as a cathartic release of personal experience mixed with a linguistic puzzle\, enabling her to craft tongue-twisting poetry\, both lyrically and in her often spontaneous improvisations on the piano. Her music has been described as “bluesy\, jazzy and sultry” with songs that are “stretching and dancing from note to note\, octave to octave\, like a thread being drawn by a musical\, vocal needle.” \n​ \nZoe is now based in Fort Collins\, Colorado. She performs regularly\, accompanying her vocals on piano and guitar\, and often playing a suitcase drum with her feet simultaneously. Some typical performance settings include house concerts\, festivals\, and other listening-room settings\, as well as various breweries\, distilleries\, wineries\, restaurants\, and ski resorts.
