Tap Room Series – India Pale Lager
The newest installment in our Tap Room Series combines two of the most poplar styles in America into what is quite possibly the perfect beer for summer in Colorado. Our India Pale Lager combines the crisp malt backbone and light body of a classic, American lager with the big juicy, refreshing flavors of some of our favorite hops.
Join us on Tuesday, August 15th at either of our tap rooms for the #TuesdayTapping release of our Upslope IPL. We’ll be slinging this beer on draft all day at both of our locations, and we’ll have 19.2 oz cans available to-go for $6! This Tap Room Series release will only be available for a limited time, so get it while you can!
About Our India Pale Lager
This brew reflects the qualities of our increasingly popular line of lagers with a healthy dose of what makes American IPAs the most popular category every year at the Great American Beer Festival. The light and approachable body of this lager stands out from the crowd thanks to some of our favorite hops. Citra, Mosaic, Azacca, and Eureka hops add a variety of tangerine, grapefruit, tropical, and slightly resinous notes to this beer.
Despite the depth of flavors presented in this beer, it’s easy drinking enough for almost anyone. The hops were predominantly added late in the boil, so the citrus and tropical flavors are front and center, without a burly bitterness. A light and refreshing bitterness plays in the background.
This beer weighs in at 5.5% ABV and clocks 30 IBUs.
