BOULDER, Colo. (July 11, 2022) — Boulder-based Upslope Brewing Company introduces their newest seasonal in their rotating Limited Release series, Mango Lime Sour Ale, just in time for the dog days of summer.
Upslope’s Mango Lime Sour Ale is the second fruited sour to make its way into a can for the brewery, coming just before their popular Blackberry Lemon Sour Ale which returns this September. Weighing in at 4.5% abv, this sour debuts as the perfect partner for all your summer activities delivering juicy mango sweetness complemented with a light lime tartness.
Mango Lime Sour Ale was inspired by the popular Mexican snack mango con chile y limón, which marries juicy, sweet mango with tart lime acidity,” said Head Brewer Alex Meyer. “It holds its own at the dinner table, as a happy hour libation, or a backcountry treat.
