DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by   Josh Vogeler! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nJosh Vogeler is an upbeat folk musician based in northern Colorado\, recognized by his percussive 10-string guitar fingerstyle.  Colorful story telling\, road adventures\, and nature inspired narratives are performed with a rhythmic lyrical delivery.  Josh won 1st place in the 2015 UllrGrass Festival Songwriter Competition in Golden\, CO.  In 2017 he released his first full length solo studio album\, Naturenaut\, recorded live at Stout Studios in Fort Collins.  He has been performing and recording a variety of music from Missouri to the Pacific Northwest for 25+ years\, inspired by bluegrass\, jazz\, hip hop\, reggae\, punk\, and funk.  Currently\, he plays guitar in a duo with Joe Jogerst (formerly Leftover Salmon) and with Old Tree Circle.  Josh is also a regular drummer with folk/roots rock bands\, House With A Yard and The Holler!\, as well as a versatile session percussionist.

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by  TMULE! \n  \nAbout the Band: \n“I am a father\, a husband\, a poet\, and a folk-rock musician.\nFrom whispers to screams\, I am a dynamic and shifting folk singer that delivers a storm for each performance. I come in on the winds\, pour rain\, forge lightening and sing thunder. Then I roll off into the distance and reveal a beautiful sunshine that hid behind the clouds. I have drawn inspiration from Bob Dylan to Neutral Milk Hotel and Jason Molina\, from the Grateful Dead to Stone Temple Pilots and Jack White. \n  \nI am a librarian by profession and nature\, a collector and organizer of resources\, words\, and experiences. In my career I use all of these to bring patrons a tangible and actionable response to their needs. As a songwriter I take these same aspects and examine life and the world through a lens of imagery and story\, I create an emotional response to my experiences to share and connect with others. \n  \nThe true revelation of music came in my early teens when I realized how one song could impact my life. With my crappy electric guitar plugged into a tiny amp\, tears streaming from my eyes\, I tore through the song “Release” with fierce intensity. Music revealed itself as a connection to people I never met and created a world as rich in voice\, plot\, and symbolism as any book I had ever read. I began trying to create those worlds rich with imagery and teeming with life. To this day not a day goes by where I am not thinking in song\, creating a life outside of myself\, and sharing that with whoever will listen.”
