DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by TMULE! \n  \nAbout the Band: \n“I am a father\, a husband\, a poet\, and a folk-rock musician.\nFrom whispers to screams\, I am a dynamic and shifting folk singer that delivers a storm for each performance. I come in on the winds\, pour rain\, forge lightening and sing thunder. Then I roll off into the distance and reveal a beautiful sunshine that hid behind the clouds. I have drawn inspiration from Bob Dylan to Neutral Milk Hotel and Jason Molina\, from the Grateful Dead to Stone Temple Pilots and Jack White.\nI am a librarian by profession and nature\, a collector and organizer of resources\, words\, and experiences. In my career I use all of these to bring patrons a tangible and actionable response to their needs. As a songwriter I take these same aspects and examine life and the world through a lens of imagery and story\, I create an emotional response to my experiences to share and connect with others.\nThe true revelation of music came in my early teens when I realized how one song could impact my life. With my crappy electric guitar plugged into a tiny amp\, tears streaming from my eyes\, I tore through the song “Release” with fierce intensity. Music revealed itself as a connection to people I never met and created a world as rich in voice\, plot\, and symbolism as any book I had ever read. I began trying to create those worlds rich with imagery and teeming with life. To this day not a day goes by where I am not thinking in song\, creating a life outside of myself\, and sharing that with whoever will listen.”

DESCRIPTION:Boogie on down to Lee Hill tonight for some live tunes by   Jeff Lambert! \n  \nAbout the Band: \nGuitarist and composer\, Jeff Lambert\, has performed extensively as a soloist and ensemble musician\, having appeared in over thirty states and Canada. As a soloist\, Jeff has been awarded top prizes in guitar competitions in both Minneapolis and Chicago. He has released three solo albums and enjoys working with composers to present new works. Each album showcases a new piece commissioned by Jeff\, including David Crittenden’s concerto for guitar and orchestra\, Haunted. As an ensemble musician\, he has shared the stage with a variety of world-class artists including Zeitgeist\, the Minnesota Contemporary Ensemble and members of the Lyric Opera of Chicago and Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra. In addition\, Jeff was a member of the Minneapolis Guitar Quartet (MGQ) for ten years. As a member of the MGQ\, he appeared as a soloist with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra\, Minnesota Orchestra\, Austin Symphony Orchestra\, Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra and others. The group also appeared on National Public Radio\, Minnesota Public Radio\, Twin Cities Public Television\, WFMT – Chicago\, and Wisconsin Public Radio.
