Miombo Imperial Stout Release

Introducing our newest bottle project – Miombo Imperial Stout!

Join us Wednesday, February 21st  starting at 11 am in both tap rooms for this limited bottle release. Grab one of three special varieties in 500 ml bottles for $15 per bottle, or snag all three for $40. About the Beer:  Brewed with Miombo Honey from  @world.honey.exchange  derived from the woodland ecoregion of Tanzania, we bring you an Imperial Stout available in three varieties highlighting both the light and dark woodland honey styles, as well as the barrels they were aged in. The beer, imparted by a pleasantly delicate mesquite character from the honey, was aged in bourbon and malt whisky barrels for 18 months resulting in a complex and distinctly rich & earthy flavor profile.
