Cut and Baste Event: Alcohol Ink Coasters (Flatiron Park)

Learn the basics of working with alcohol ink while completing a set of 4 hexagon coasters. We’ll provide all the materials and tools you’ll need to begin your alcohol ink adventures.

Schedule:
2:00pm – 2:30pm

We’ll kick things off with a demo on how to get started with this fluid art medium. We’ll teach you various beginner techniques so you’ll be well on your way creating beautiful pieces. We’ll give you just enough guidance to complete your first project, and the rest is up to your creativity!

2:30pm – 4pm
You’ll chose from a wide selection of colors and begin painting!

Note: If you have any sensitivities to alcohol fumes we suggest bringing a mask. However, this workshop will be held in a well ventilated area.

FAQs:

Do the coasters need to be sealed?
Yes! To protect your artwork the coasters will need to be sealed. We’ll have a few options for sealing.

Do I need to bring any supplies?
Nope! Everything you’ll need is included.

What will I go home with?
You’ll create 4 Alcohol ink coasters to take home! We’ll also give you a piece of paper and an extra coaster to practice on.

Do you have an age limit?
Due to the nature of having events at breweries, our events are 21+

Can I get a refund if I can’t make the class?
Sorry, since we have to buy supplies that are non-refundable we don’t offer refunds.
