With a foundation in roots music\, Tyler T. evolves through the one-man-band experience\, blending the genres of psychedelic\, acoustic\, folk\, and groove rock to feature instruments from around the world while showcasing his signature vocals. Using a honed looping and phrase sampling technique\, Tyler T. offers a bold and catchy sound. He has traveled the country\, sharing his love of music\, while continuing to focus on reaching more people\, including abroad. Logging thousands of miles on the road\, Tyler T. is a man well-traveled and one whose journey is rife with sound\, connection\, and warmth. \nEarthy\, tribal\, at times upbeat and always colorful\, the Tyler T. show experience as well as his 2011 album\, “A World to Wander\,” take the listener on a wild adventure\, one that is organic\, peppered with interesting sounds\, and a solid blending of old-meets-new as he forms his own style of capturing the environment around him and bringing it to light through intricate melodies and poeticism. \nTyler T.’s band\, The Common Clay\, provide backing and depth on recordings and in live performances and features original material accompanied by marimba\, pedal steel guitar\, bass and drums\, filling in the roots sound even more deeply. Often times patrons don’t want to be overwhelmed by loud vocals about moonshine and loneliness while trying to converse with their friends. Cold Break Bluegrass is highly aware of this and has formulated our sets with old- time he fiddle tunes\, originals\, and classic rock covers\, all instrumental.  We keep the atmosphere alive and fun by changing up our style from song to song yet all our music is rooted in Bluegrass instrumentation.
