ABOUT THE BEER // Galaxy Dry-Hopped Wild Saison
The 20th installment of the Lee Hill Series utilizes the funkier side of our barrel program to yield a beer that is hoppy, yet balanced and nuanced. Saison that was aged in barrels for 10 months with Brettanomyces claussenii is blended with our foeder-aged golden sour, then generously dry-hopped with Galaxy hops. Notes of passionfruit, pineapple, and guava are complemented by toasty Brettanomyces funk and delicate tartness. This mixed-culture beer is conditioned in the package and will continue to develop with extended aging.
