The Whale Tales hail from Boulder, CO. This eclectic Blues-Country-Soul-Indie band is a rare treat amongst the Colorado Front Range. Their soon to be released E.P. is a swirled hybrid of Americana influences that declares a new spin on the familiar. Fronting the 4-piece is Eric Davis whose vocals deliver soulful power and purity while his guitar work proves fierce and deft. He reveals a passion for story telling and turn of phrase that sidesteps the ordinary. The band as a whole captures audiences with infectious rhythm, song and improvisation.
