BOULDER, Colo. (October 11, 2022) — Boulder-based Upslope Brewing Company is excited to announce the newest addition to their year-round lineup of brews—West Coast Style IPA.
West Coast Style IPA, Upslope’s take on the classic style, quickly became a fan favorite when it was released for the first time in spring 2022 as part of their Limited Release seasonal series. Seeing such success, this hoppy style now proudly joins their core beer lineup in 12-ounce six-packs and on draft starting October 2022.
Coming in at 6.5% ABV, West Coast Style IPA boasts citrus and pine flavors that dance with bright tropical fruit character and finishes dry with firm bitterness.
West Coast IPA is a beer that we’ve released versions of for quite some time, and is a style that we love to brew and drink. After its initial success as a seasonal release, we knew it had to be available year-round,” said Upslope’s Head Brewer Alex Meyer. “It’s got everything I’m looking for in a hoppy beer: punchy, aromatic hop character with a dry finish and enough bitterness to bring you back for another sip.”

West Coast Style IPA will be available on draft and in 12-ounce six packs at Upslope’s two Boulder tap rooms and across Upslope’s distribution region of the Rocky Mountains, Midwest, and southern United States.
