Exclusive Offering

Terroir Project Wild Ale (5.8%) $30 / 750 ml

Open Space Terroir Project began its journey in 2019 as a wild inoculated beer inspired by the natural surroundings of Boulder, Colorado. The beer is a blend of three vintages that were fermented in oak barrels exclusively by indigenous yeast and bacteria, then conditioned in the bottle for an additional year. This beer is available for take home purchase or if you’d like to share it with friends in our taproom, ask your beertender for bottle service and enjoy it here.  

LIGHT & CRISP

Craft Lager (4.8%) $6.5 / 16 oz

Our original, flagship lager. 2019 GABF Silver Medal in International Pilsner category. Easy-drinking and crisp.

Japanese Style Lager (4.9%) $7 / 16 oz 

Low calorie option. An extremely pale and brilliantly clear color is capped by a dense, pure white foam. Notes of pomelo, fresh grassiness, and lime zest are followed by a subtle, floral rice character and snappy, dry finish. Perfect for a refreshing cap to a hot summer day.

German Style Pilsner (5.2%) $7 / 16 oz 

A brilliantly clear straw color with a fluffy, pure white head. Aromas of bread dough and Noble-type hops are supported by flavors of pomelo, geranium, and fresh grass that finishes crisp and dry with medium bitterness.

Prickly Pear Lime Ale [Pink Boots Brew] (5.2%) $7 / 14 oz

A light and tart ale brewed with prickly pear and lime puree, sea salt and double dry hopped with the 2022 Pink Boots Hop Blend. Hazy but bright pink in color with lots of fruity/juicy notes (prickly pear/citrus) and a tart zippy finish.

Planet Bluegrass FestivAle (5.6%) $7 / 14 oz 

Brewed with/for Planet Bluegrass. A light malt bill (with a healthy amount of wheat) with some Lemondrop hops (nice and citrusy) orange blossom honey and some delicate spice notes (Corriander, Grains of Paradise, Orange Peel).

Dry-Hopped Saison (6.1%) $7.50 / 14 oz

DARK & MALTY

Pints for the People Coffee Stout (7.2%) $8 / 16 oz 

Collaboration brewed with the Lockwood Foundation. A rich and semi dry stout brewed with Ozo coffee beans (El Salvador La Guachoca). Notes of chocolate, smoke, coffee and cherries.

Irish Stout [NITRO] (3.1%) $7 / 19.2 oz 

A “traditional” Irish stout served on nitro. Brewed with flaked and roasted barley.

Brown Ale (6.8%) $7 / 16 oz

Upslope’s award winning Brown Ale is back! An English style brown ale that’s slightly bitter but has all the right tasting notes of what you’d expect from a brown ale. Toasty malts, great depth, with a trace of sugariness.  

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (15.3%) $9 / 5 oz 

This malty sipper was aged for seven months in high quality bourbon barrels. A viscous pour of onyx color and a faint cappuccino head exude aromas of chocolate ganache, Bourbon vanilla, toasted coconut and bruleed sugar. The flavor is unapologetically intense, with notes of graham cracker, vanilla custard, Vietnamese coffee, and dark chocolate. Bold and boozy, this beer is the essence of barrel aged stout.

HOP FORWARD

Citra Pale Ale (5.8%) $6.5 / 16 oz

Prominently featuring Citra hops, our Citra Pale Ale delivers pungent grapefruit and tropical fruit aromas on the nose with a semi-dry finish.

Cold IPA (7%) $7 / 16 oz

A light a crispy ipa with a strong aroma of stone fruit, citrus and herbal/spice followed by flavors of mango, pineapple, citrus, pine/wood.

West Coast IPA (6.5%) $7 / 16 oz

Medium body, crisp west coast zestiness with flavors of mango and tropical fruits.

Double West Coast IPA (8.6%) $8 / 14 oz

A fatty version of our West Coast IPA right on time for summer! El Dorado, Trident, Azacca,  and Idaho 7 Hops ground this devilishly delicious double IPA. Hop lovers rejoice!

India Pale Ale (7.2%) $6.5 / 16 oz

The one that started it all; our original, flagship IPA. Malt forward, earthy bitterness, Colorado-style IPA.

New Zealand Style IPA (6.2%) $7 / 16 oz 

Yellowish-gold in color with great clarity. White head with decent retention. Medium bodied but refreshing. Moderate malt profile with nuances of slight wheat and unmalted barley. Very slight caramel flavors may be perceived in the background. Moderate to high hop character, but a medium to low soft bitterness. Hop profile imparts flavors/aromas of earthy, floral, slightly sweet, lime zest, passionfruit, gooseberry, grapefruit, and slight lemon.

Mary Jane Pale Ale [Winter Park Collaboration] (5%) $6.5 / 16 oz

We partnered with Winter Park Resort to craft the perfect après ski beer for maximum mountain enjoyment. A balanced malt base, featuring Colorado-grown and malted Munich malt, provides a scenic backdrop to the lively citrus and tropical fruit character imparted from U.S. Azacca and Cascade hops.

Belgian Double IPA (8.5%) $8 / 14 oz

Belgian Pilsner and Biscuit malts, candied sugar, belgian golden ale yeast, dry hopped wirth Mosaic. Golden/Orange in color, fruity hops up front and then spicy phenolic belgian character dominates.

SOUR ALES

Mango Lime Sour (4.5%) $7 / 16 oz 

Huge crowd pleaser, this sour follows the script of not being too tart and bitter and not too juicy and sweet. Mango is at the forefront with its stone fruit earthy sweetness and the lime complements with a ripe peel zestiness. Crushable, refreshing, and a down-to-earth sour most people can enjoy.

Gose (4.9%) $7 / 14 oz

A light tart kettle sour ale made with wheat, pilsner malt, sea salt and coriander. Summer dreams.

Kveik Golden Sour (6.2%) $8 14 oz

Golden in color with a white, not great retention. Light bodied and crisp. Low malt profile with slight biscuit. Moderate sour level, not over-bearing. Yeast and bacteria provide flavors/aromas of tropical, passionfruit, pineapple, and slight funk.
