Boulder Flycasters March Chapter Meeting (Flatiron Park)

Joanna Bloom, Water Resources Project Manager with the City of Boulder Utilities Division, will be joining us on Wednesday, March 7th for a presentation and discussion on the Boulder Creek Watershed including water supply, water use and the Boulder Creek in-stream flow program.

Joanna has been with the City of Boulder Utilities Division since 1999. She currently manages the Boulder Creek in-stream flow program, completes Boulder’s water rights accounting, is involved in irrigation ditch matters and in the development of an enhanced South Boulder Creek in-stream flow program.
